John and Anne McTiernan’s have two children - Catriona and Ciaran. Their farm is very much a family farm and they are the 3rd generation to have farmed it. Dairying was the only thing John ever wanted to do, he has a love for animals which is what drew him to farming in the first place. To John, the future success of the farm is to continue good form practices long into the future.
